Texting while Walking, Woman Falls into Fountain

(CBS) READING, PA, We've all been warned of the dangers of texting while driving, but for a woman, it was found that texting while walking, was not a good idea.

Cathy Marrero Cruz has been doing exactly that in the Berkshire Mall in Reading, Pa., when he suddenly fell headfirst into a water source, completely soaked.

It was captured by the system control center video and posted on YouTube, where it has been viewed nearly 2 million times.

Marrero Cruz, 49, who works at the mall, has hired a lawyer.

He did not hurt, "at least not physically," said "Early Show" co-host Chris Wragge.

But Marrero Cruz said what hurts is "humiliation (the video was posted) the humiliation ask my husband :.... I cried for days ... You do not know how People laugh at me "

Texting while walking, Cruz said, is "dangerous. ... I could go on a bus, a car, ditch, whatever. Subtitling and go, believe me, is dangerous. It is real. "

She told the Reading Eagle, "I do not think security was a professional, because they do not send someone to control me until 20 minutes later and I had already left."
